How far in advance should I book my picnic?
You should book your picnic as early as possible. We recommend that you book at least 4 days before.
Do you serve food?
Yes, we do have a Menu that you can check out to select the goodies you want for your picnic. But, you are also welcome to bring your own food.
Alcohol Policy?
We do not provide alcohol and will not be held liable for any repercussions, it is the client responsibility to check alcohol laws or any venue, or public event being used. Forever Picnics takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption or penalties occured.
What payments methods do you have?
For your convenience, you can pay through Venmo or Cash app.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 48 hours before your picnic date. Your retainer for booking is non-refundable once booked.
What is your reschedule policy?
You are able to reschedule 48 hours before your picnic date as well. Remember, your retainer for booking is non-refundable once booked.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather. But we will be able to move your picnic to your preferred indoor location or reschedule your picnic for another day in the current year.
Can I leave early?
Yes, you are able to leave whenever it feels right to you in your alloted time, but we do ask that you do not leave the picnic unattended.
Please contact Forever Picnics to inform us that you are leaving early at least 30 minutes before, since Its important to have in mind that you are responsible for the picnic items until we return.
What if i damage an item?
During your event, you will be responsible for the set – up contents in their entirety. The client agrees to be held liable for any damages to the event, outside of what is consider “normal wear and tear”. You will be charged the full retail cost of the items plus any additional fees (deeming they are vintage items).
